Eminem and ex-wife Kim Mathers have agreed to stop publicly criticising each other.The rapper - real name Marshall Mathers - and Kim attended a closed court hearing at Detroit's Macomb Circuit Court yesterday (26.03.07) and agreed to stop making "derogatory, disparaging, inflammatory and otherwise negative comments".The agreement was made following a motion filed by Eminem last month to protect their 11-year-old daughter Hailie. Eminem's lawyer, Harvey Hauer, said: "We're happy the court was able to bring this matter to a just and equitable resolution."Kim's attorney, Michael J. Smith, said: "The decision was reached for the full benefit of the child."They have to attempt to promote a good relationship and can't talk bad about each other to the child."Kim had publicly accused the rapper of "slacking very much" with regard to his parental responsibilities and claimed there is "nothing positive" between him and Hailie.
