Emma, 34, adores motherhood but admits caring for her son has left her with much less time to focus on her career.
She explained: "I just think my priorities have changed. Everything is about Beau now. He's two years old, so he's getting a bit cheeky and I love that."
While her work and family life can be hectic, Emma - who has dated the singer-turned-chef for over a decade - revealed the couple still go on dates to keep the romance in their relationship alive.
She explained to Stylist magazine: "Jade and I have been together for almost 12 years and we get on so well. I think growing up together has made us closer.
"Being very honest and taking time out with each other is important - we still like to go on dates together.
"We have a great relationship and I think it just comes down to respecting each other and having fun really. He's such a gentleman and the best dad. I'm very lucky."
