Emmy Rossum Splits From Secret Spouse

Emmy Rossum is getting divorced - two years after secretly marrying.

The 'Phantom of the Opera' actress' estranged husband, music executive Justin Siegel, filed for divorce in Los Angeles on Friday (25.09.09) citing irreconcilable differences.

Justin is asking for spousal support and requests Emmy, 23, pays all court costs.

The pair began dating in 2007, but kept their February 2008 wedding a secret.

They requested their marriage license be kept private, and news of their union was only made public when they split last month.

It was recently reported Emmy is dating Counting Crows rocker Adam Duritz, 45.

The pair were spotted dining at New York's Dos Caminos eatery together earlier this month.

They ate guacamole and chocolate fondue, and seemed "very affectionate with each other".

Last week, Emmy joined Adam on stage at New York's 'Feel Free' concert for a rendition of 'Going Back to Georgia'.
