Ethan Hawke has been secretly dating his children's former nanny for two years.The 'Training Day' actor, who has two children with ex-wife Uma Thurman, reportedly started seeing his ex-employee, who is only described as "Ryan", a year after he split from Uma in 2004.One of Ethan's friends told the New York Daily News newspaper: "They are incredibly in love.
