Eva Longoria would never have plastic surgery - because she's scared of needles.The 'Desperate Housewives' star doesn't disapprove of people who do artificially improve their looks but insists surgery is not for her because of her phobia.She confessed to Britain's Maxim magazine: "It's not that I'm against people who do it, but I'm terrified of needles. I've seen those shows with the operations. The sound of the chisel! Aaah! I almost passed out."No thank you. Egg white omlettes, some exercise and some eye cream is fine for now."Earlier this week, it was reported that Eva and her basketball star boyfriend Tony Parker had broken up.However, Tony, 24, has now denied the pair have split but admits they have been going through a rocky patch.He said: "Everything's fine. Meanwhile in other news US TV star Mario Lopez has rubbished reports he is dating newly-single Desperate Housewives beauty.Last month (29SEP06), Longoria's representative announced she is experiencing "a difficult time" with her boyfriend, basketball player Tony Parker.
She has since been spotted with former Saved By The Bell heart-throb Lopez, who she described as her "best friend".
However, Lopez insists, "We're just friends. No, we've been friends for a long time. She's just a friend of mine."
