Eva Longoria would never have plastic surgery - because she's scared of needles.The 'Desperate Housewives' star doesn't disapprove of people who do artificially improve their looks but insists surgery is not for her because of her phobia.She confessed to Britain's Maxim magazine: "It's not that I'm against people who do it, but I'm terrified of needles. I've seen those shows with the operations. The sound of the chisel! Aaah! I almost passed out. "No thank you. Egg white omlettes, some exercise and some eye cream is fine for now."Earlier this week, it was reported that Eva and her basketball star boyfriend Tony Parker had broken up.However, Tony, 24, has now denied the pair have split but admits they have been going through a rocky patch.He said: "Everything's fine. Couple stuff happened, but that's nothing. Everything is fine."
