Ewan McGregor Slams Street Critics

Ewan McGregor has slammed the people who have a go at him about his films in the street.The motorcycle fanatic and star of movies such as Trainspotting says that when he's home in Scotland people come up to him in the street and have a dig.McGregor is quoted in the press as saying "Why do they feel the need to tell me, 'That film was st'. It happens quite a lot."McGregor, gets particularly angry about being hassled when out with his family, once when out with his mum and daughter a guy walked over and was compelled to tell him that he was not as good as Alec Guinness' (Obe Wan Kenobe in the Star Wars films before Ewan). McGregor says of the incident "I felt really p***ed off."Ewan, currently filming in New York, is using the internet to keep in touch with wife Eve and daughters Clara, 10, and Esther, five, video conferencing having dinner together via their laptops on opposite side of the Atlantic.
