Farrah Fawcett has said thank you to all the fans who have supported her during her battle with cancer.The former 'Charlie's Angels' star, 59, was diagnosed with the disease in October 2006 when doctors found a tumour in her lower intestine.Entertainment news website Access Hollywood asked fans to send in their get well wishes, and received a phenomenal reaction. Now the actress has released an exclusive note of thanks to all her well-wishers.She writes: "To My Friends Around The World,All your cards and letters have meant so much to me during what has been a very difficult time in my life...So many of you wrote that I had inspired you in one way or another over the years. Well, now you have done the same for me.
