Fergie sees a therapist every time she drinks alcohol.

The Black Eyed Peas star - who has previously battled an addiction to deadly crystal methamphetamine - tries to keep an eye on her drinking habits and always seeks professional advice after a big night out.

She said: "I love wine but if I go out drinking, I see my trainer and therapist the next day."

The singer also admitted she enjoyed making her 'Nine' co-stars jealous by gorging on fatty foods on set.

She added to Britain's Marie Claire magazine: "I put on 13lbs! I play an Italian woman who embraces her curves so the second I got the part, I was eating fish and chips and curry. I love naan bread.

Kate Hudson and Nicole Kidman would have to eat their chicken salads with dressing on the side, while Penelope Cruz and I tucked into fried food with plates of pasta every day.
