Gerard Butler scoops the top acting prize.
The 300 star was the toast of the Ischia Film Festival in Italy on Monday as he received the award.
He landed the Actor of the Year award during a ceremony attended by stars Eli Roth, model Karolina Kurkova and director Kenny Ortega.
Butler was previously honored by the event's organisers in 2004, when he landed the Best New Actor trophy. The Ischia Film Festival runs until 17 July.
He was also recently photographed attending a wedding of a friend where Leonardo Dicaprio was also spotted, creating a storm on the dancefloor.
