Geri Halliwell's ex-fiance Fabrizio Politi is "looking for a family".

The shipping tycoon - whose engagement to the former Spice Girl star ended earlier this month following a whirlwind romance - is a hopeless romantic and can't wait to settle down.

He said: "When I'm in love, the focus of my life shifts to her. I want to give rather than take. I want her to be happy. She's what matters. I love to woo a woman. I'm a man looking for a family. I'd love to have four kids, at least two girls. I can adapt to anything. I've been married and separated before."

The 34-year-old was allegedly dumped by Geri - who has a two-year-old daughter Bluebell from a previous relationship - after she decided she wants to spend time on her own.

Despite their recent split, the Italian businessman has said he still wants to move to London permanently after falling in love with the UK city.

He said: "London is so wonderful. It's such a great place because it's such a mix, combining both the queen and Madonna. I've decided to buy a place there. I'm looking for somewhere right now. I'm shifting part of my life there, trying to spend long weekends in London."

Since the pair - who had been planning a summer wedding in Las Vegas - parted ways, Fabrizio admits he has specific romantic requirements now he is single again.

He explained to Britain's Hello! magazine: "A women can be as beautiful as beauty itself but if after 20minutes she turns out to be a bore I can think of nothing worse. I have to be able to talk for hours with her. More than anything, the secret to making me fall in love is making me laugh."
