Gwen Stefani has revealed she is going to dress up as different story book characters every day when she has children - so they won't get bored at home. The sexy singer, who is married to Bush frontman Gavin Rossdale, says she is keen to start a family in the near future and wants to make sure her children grow up in a fun-filled environment. She is quoted by Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper as saying: "I've always wanted to do the family thing. I'm a woman and I'm 35. I don't have much time left to do this kind of pop record. Let's be real about it. "I was thinking that when I do have children, I should always dress as a character for them, so they think their mom is Alice in Wonderland or Cinderella." Meanwhile, Gavin has revealed Gwen saved him from becoming a redhead clone of David Bowie. He admitted that he tried to style himself on the charismatic singer ten years ago but stopped his attempts as soon as he met the former NO Dobt star. He is quoted by Contactmusic.com website as saying: "I did go through a three-month spell of wanting to be David Bowie. I dyed my hair red. But it's high maintenance, that stuff.
"We weren't together when Gwen went for shocking-pink hair. But when we met up, or hair clashed so badly. So that was it. I felt like, 'I'm done with this.'
"God bless Gwen. She has saved me in many ways. That's just one of them."
