Gwen Stefani's friends treated her to a staggering£20,000 baby shower.Pals of the blonde singer - who is expecting her first baby with rocker husband Gavin Rossdale - turned up bearing gifts like a £675 bedding set and a £730 chandelier for the unborn tot.One partygoer bought the baby a glittering£3,500 gold necklace, enraged with the initials 'G & G', for Gwen and Gavin.Other friends brought more modest presents - such as a

£120 cashmere cardigan or a £145 Moses basket.

Many of the gifts are thought to have come from trendy Los Angeles boutique Petit Tresor.

As Gwen left the star-studded bash - which was attended by a host of stars, including Christina Applegate and David Arquette - the mum-to-be said: "I love being pregnant and I'm really excited about having the baby."
