Heather Mills allowed explosive court papers to be leaked to stop Sir Paul McCartney getting custody of their daughter, it has been claimed.The Beatles legend allegedly wanted to be the prime carer for two-year-old Beatrice which infuriated Heather, according to Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper.Paul's close friends have claimed his estranged wife was so angry about his alleged custody plans she authorised court papers claiming Paul was "physically violent' to be leaked. A source said: "Paul feels Heather is a bit of a loose cannon and wants to become Bea's prime carer. Of course he will make sure Bea maintains a close relationship with her mum. But he feels it would be better for her to live with him."Heather was furious when she found out. This is her best chance of bringing him down - she wants to destroy him.'The court papers which were leaked yesterday (18.10.06) claimed Paul subjected Heather to four violent attacks during their marriage and even stabbed her with a broken wine glass.The former model also alleges Paul used illegal drugs and drunk excessively.
