Hugh Hefner Selling House

Hugh Hefner is selling his house.

The Playboy magazine founder is reportedly putting the $27 million five-bedroom property - which is next-door to the Playboy Mansion, home of his legendary wild parties - on the market.

The privately-gated property - which was built in 1929 and bought by the media mogul in 1998 - is set across 2.3 acres and boasts seven bathrooms, a pool and is adjacent to the Los Angeles Country Club.

Meanwhile, Hugh's ex-girlfriend Kendra Wilkinson - who is set to tie the knot with American football star Hank Bassett at the Playboy Mansion in June - has spoken of her delight at having Hugh at her forthcoming wedding.

She said: "There are a lot of things that are exciting - the destination of the Playboy Mansion, and having Hef be there, and all the people who love me."

Kendra admits her forthcoming nuptials are beginning to take over her life, but claims she doesn't care how big their wedding festivities turn out to be.

She told People magazine: "That's what we talk about all the time. The wedding, we feel, is nothing but a celebration. It's a party. We could just go down to the courthouse and get married and we'll just be happy doing that.

"We're ready just to get married and ready for our lives together. I'm just really excited to be his wifey and he's excited to be my hubby - that's just the way it is."

Kendra recently turned down 82-year-old Hugh's offer to walk her down the aisle, opting to ask a relative instead.

The 23-year-old former playmate said: "I would definitely love for Hef' to walk me down the aisle but I've decided my brother would ultimately be a better choice.

"I think it would mean a lot to my family and me down the line. It just makes more sense."
