Jamie Dornan thinks Eva Mendes is the ideal woman.

The Irish model - who used to date Keira Knightley - starred with the sexy actress in a campaign for Calvin Klein and admits he couldn't keep his eyes off her.

Speaking of Eva, Jamie said: "She's great fun to be around, very sexy. I'd say she's the template for how every woman should look."

Jamie also admits he works hard to maintain his muscular physique because it's so important for his career.

He told Men's Health magazine: "I've always needed to bulk up, so until the modelling took off I was ramming burgers down my throat and doing plenty of bodyweight work. I'm over the burgers now!

"It really is just all about press-ups every day. I'll aim to do around 50 first thing in the morning and loads more throughout the day."

However, one thing that may ruin Jamie's sculptured body is his love of Guinness.

He added: "I absolutely love the stuff, though I've overdone it a little this summer, thanks to four weddings back in Northern Ireland."
