Janice Dickinson says she was "first in line" when Botox became available.The former supermodel is proud of having cosmetic surgery and was desperate to try the wrinkle-smoothing injection after she heard about it.Janice told Britain's OK! magazine: "I've had surgery and I don't really care what people think. I was the first in line when Botox shots became available!"The 53-year-old star also revealed she almost ruined her career when she became addicted to drugs in the early 80s.Janice explained: "I became chemically addicted because drugs were everywhere. Someone intervened for me back in 1982 and that saved my life. "My agent, boyfriend and sister told me I had a problem. Thank God they did. I went for an extended stay at a rehab facility but truly it wasn't until 2000 that it really stuck."If I see a girl who has a problem I will try to get them some help or get them rehabbed."The 'America's Next Top Model' judge admits she can understand why some people still question her sobriety.
Janice said: "It's because I'm a f**king mess!"
