Jason Lee has married his wife for a second time.

The 'My Name is Earl' star tied the knot with wife Ceren Alkac in Los Angeles last night (11.11.11) more than three years after their official nuptials in California.

playing it straight in US comedy 'Up All Night', which sees him star as Kevin, a love interest for Maya Rudolph's character - and he admits his alter-ego is more straight-laced

The 41-year-old actor and the brunette beauty - who have three-year-old daughter, Casper, together - hosted an intimate ceremony with their family and friends at Club Cicada in Los Angeles.

Jason - who has starred in 'The Incredibles' and 'Alvin and the Chipmunks' - also has an eight-year-old son, Pilot Inspektor, from his previous relationship with actress Beth Riesgraf.

The actor is now "playing it straight" in US comedy 'Up All Night', which sees him star as Kevin, a love interest for Maya Rudolph's character - and he admits his alter-ego is "more straight-laced" than his portrayal of the titular character in 'My Name is Earl', who had a history of petty crime for which he was trying to atone.

Jason explained: "He's way more straight-laced [than Earl], a little bit more clean-cut, doesn't have an awesome mustache, unfortunately.

"This is sort of like, me kind of playing it straight, I guess. It's definitely funny and it's nice that it's just sort of this sweet guy from next door who grounds Maya's character. And I like that I get to be funny, but it's also a little bit sweet.

"It's nice to just rely on the relationship with Maya and try to make it real and fun and believable. And going from 'Earl,' which was kind of outlandish at times, and certainly a blast to do, it's kind of nice as an actor to see what it feels like to play it straighter."
