Jennifer Garner has let her body go since becoming a mother - admitting her figure is a "disaster".The 'Elektra' actress wore a skin-tight catsuit for the action-packed movie but says her body is in terrible shape since she gave birth to husband Ben Affleck's daughter Violet a year ago.Jennifer told Elle magazine: "I'm in the worst shape ever. "My trainer just shakes her head and says, 'This is a disaster.'""I am as physically unfit as I've probably been in my whole life.
