Jennifer Lopez has stunned friends by asking them to donate money to charity instead of giving her birthday presents. For her recent 35th birthday, the sexy star - renowned for her lavish lifestyle - asked well-wishers to give cash to the Children's Hospital of Los Angeles. A friend said: "Is this he same Jennifer who spent all her free time racking up expensive birthday gifts from ex Ben Affleck, including a five-carat ring and a Bentley convertible?" But the star did celebrate her birthday with two big parties - one with 25 relatives at a Los Angeles restaurant and the second at a plush nightclub with her husband, Marc Anthony. Meanwhile, J.Lo's mother, Guadalupe, reportedly admitted she missed Affleck - for his habit of showering her with presents. Marc, who, unlike Affleck, is not a gambler and is allegedly less flashy with his cash.
