J Lo's Icing On The Cake For Marc Anthony

Jennifer Lopez surprised husband Marc Anthony at his birthday party by giving him a cake with a picture of his face on.

The sexy star, who wed the Latin singer in June, presented him with the cake during the celebrations at their New York home.

As well as the party, J.Lo also splashed out a reported £500,000 on car for Marc.

The generous star gave the limited edition Maybach 62 Daimler Chrysler limo to her 35-year-old husband at the party and was so emotional about the present she refused to sing 'Happy Birthday' to him.

A source said: "It was a wonderful moment and Jennifer was close to tears. She was welling up too much to be able to sing."

Earlier this week, it was reported J.Lo refused to do an impromptu performance at her husband's birthday bash - because she had no backing singers.

The 34-year-old beauty declined to go on stage at the surprise party she had organised, claiming she couldn't sing without support.

A source told America's New York Post newspaper: "Marc ended up singing at his own birthday party. You'll never see J.Lo un-plugged."
