Jessica Simpson can't wait for her younger sister Ashlee to give birth.The 28-year-old singer thinks she will make an amazing aunt to Ashlee's baby, and intends to be extravagant with gifts for her niece or nephew.She told E! News: "I'm going to spoil the kid rotten, that's for sure. I think my sister's going to be pretty strict, actually, because she's been so good throughout her pregnancy."
