Jodie Foster has been branded "miserable" and accused of having "bad manners" by her neighbours.The 'Flightplan' actress has an apartment in New York's West Village but it seems the other residents in her building want her out.Foster bought the home from US TV chat show host Ricki Lake over three years ago, but her neighbours would like to have their old building mate back.One resident told the New York Post newspaper: "We live in a sociable building where people treat each other in a friendly manner. Ms. Foster is an exception to this general rule."During the three-and-a-half years she has had an apartment in the building, she has displayed bad manners such as turning her back on neighbours rather than saying 'hello'. It's as if she is afraid of contact with her neighbours.
