Rockers Brain Johnson and Cliff Williams honoured the dead The Who legend John Entwistle at a charity gig in Atlantic City, New Jersey last week (12Jul07).Johnson and Williams raced through classic AC/DC numbers with session musician Steve Luongo and others at the Classic Rock Cares benefit show, held to raise funds for the John Entwistle Foundation.Ex-Deep Purple and Rainbow star Joe Lynn Turner was also among the performers. The rockers ended the charity show with an all-star jam rendition of AC/DC's Highway to Hell.The John Entwistle Foundation provides free music education and instruments for underprivileged children. Entwistle died from a heart attack in a Las Vegas hotel room in June, 2002.
