Josh Holloway gives his wife kiss cards.

Whenever the 'Lost' actor has to lock lips with a co-star he gives spouse Yessica Kumala a card which she can exchange for free kisses from him.

The 39-year-old actor, who plays Sawyer in the hit US TV drama, said: "We have a little joke. She gets a free kiss card every time I have to kiss someone on the show. She's got loads now. I keep telling her, 'They expire at the end of the year you know, you'd better use them.' "

The rugged actor - who married Yessica in 2004 - also admits he isn't a fan of shooting romantic scenes because they are usually embarrassing and awkward.

Josh - who has got steamy with co-star Evangeline Lilly on several occasions on the show - added: "Sex scenes are definitely not sexy when you have 80 people watching you. Well, some people might like that!"

Yessica is currently pregnant with the couple's first child together.
