Julianne Moore would have never been famous if she hadn't learned to drive.The 'Hannibal' actress - who has previously starred in 'Nine Months' opposite Hugh Grant and 'Assassins' with Antonio Banderas - says she missed out on many auditions because she could not drive.She told California's society bible, C magazine: "I didn't learn to drive until I was 27-years-old. Back in Los Angeles going to auditions, I white-knuckled it on the road." The flame-haired actress also says she prefers living in New York to Hollywood, because people are more easy-going.She said: "There's less pressure in New York. Nobody bothers me there. It's not a one-industry town."
