Kate Hudson has a portable liposuction kit.

The 'Bride Wars' star has joked her secret to keeping trim is to suck the fat out of her body with a mini-surgery kit.

She quipped: "I take my lipo' kit everywhere."

Despite her surgery joke, Kate keeps fit by doing lots of exercise and running around after her four-year-old son Ryder, her child with ex-husband Chris Robinson.

She said: "Sports are big in my life. I swim, run, bike and dance, play volleyball and soccer, and I want to start training for a triathlon. I'm one of those people who love to be active. Ryder keeps me busy too!"

Kate, 29, is determined to stay in shape so she can continue stripping off for sexy magazine shoots.

She said: "I love doing them and I will do more. It's fun. Also, I've come to appreciate the skill of the photographer. It's a real art. I'm very interested in that side of it."
