Kate Winslet is desperate to work with her director husband.The British actress is married to 'American Beauty' filmmaker Sam Mendes and has revealed the pair are just waiting for the right script to come along.She said: "I don't think it would be a problem to work together. We just haven't found the right thing."We don't have a huge amount of conflict in our relationship. It's very honest. So I think it'd be a real laugh. I don't change when I get on a film set."I might be a bit sillier at home with the kids, but I'm still the same person at work."'The Holiday' star has also revealed her main ambitions are to still be working when she is in her 80s, and to reach that age without having plastic surgery.She said: "I look up to Meryl Streep, Helen Mirren, Susan Sarandon and Judi Dench.

"They're still working and giving brilliant performances, having had no facial surgery whatsoever. To be like one of those women is my dream."
