Katherine Heigl felt "paranoid" in her wedding dress.The 'Grey's Anatomy' actress, who married musician Josh Kelley last December, has revealed she was worried about people seeing her in the beautiful gown.She said: "I felt very paranoid in my wedding dress - more paranoid than any event I have been to. But why does it matter that much? I've been photographed before in fancy gowns that will live on in everyone's memory and I've been bloated, so why was I so paranoid about my wedding dress? It's no different!" In order to look her best, the '27 Dresses' star had a spray-tan done before the nuptials so she would look glowing on her big day as well as the honeymoon.She said: "My wedding was in the middle of winter so I had to spray-tan beforehand because nobody wants to hit the beach with pasty legs. But if I wasn't afraid of being photographed I wouldn't care so much!"
