Katie Holmes' big opening night was blighted by anti-Scientology protestors.Demonstrators from the group Anonymous turned up to Katie's Broadway debut in All My Sons wearing masks and wearing banners and posters, some emblazoned with "Free Katie".A group member said: "We are not boycotting Katie, we are not boycotting the play, we are protesting Scientology. It is evil. Scientology kills people."Katie's husband, Tom Cruise, a leading member of the Scientologist church, turned up to the show with minutes to spare, heading straight to his seat. A spokesperson from Anonymous said, "We would love to see Katie Holmes get away from this evil cult before it's to late." Katie has never spoken about her feelings on Scientology.
