Kelly Osbourne is desperate to have plastic surgery.Kelly is so impressed with her mum Sharon's boob job she can't wait to go under the knife herself.She said: "I'm already planning my surgery. I just haven't got anything saggy yet! My mum's just had about everything you can have done, so I know the right and wrong way to do it."The 22-year-old star, whose dad is former Black Sabbath rocker Ozzy Osbourne, also insists she would rather be ugly then have cosmetic surgery and look like every other identikit Hollywood girl. She said: "Everyone in Los Angeles looks the same. I would rather be ugly than look the same as everyone else!"
