Kelly Osbourne has warned Dannii Minogue to stop badmouthing her mother Sharon. The feisty star is sick of 'X Factor' judge Dannii insulting her mum since she quit the TV talent show, and has warned the Australian beauty to keep quiet or feel her wrath.Kelly, 23, said: "Dannii is spineless really. She said nothing to my mum's face and even gave her an end-of-series gift. If she does not stop bad-mouthing her she will have me to contend with."Dannii, 36, recently insisted it had been "a dream" working on 'The X Factor' since Sharon, 55, had left. She also praised Sharon's replacement on the judging panel - which features Simon Cowell and Louis Walsh as well - Girls Aloud beauty Cheryl Cole.Dannii said: "It's just a dream. It's a very different set. No more eyes down during commercial breaks trying not to look tense. It wasn't the sort of environment I wanted to be in. I enjoy the current situation a lot more."Sharon and Dannii feuded throughout the last series of the hit show, with Sharon claiming her rival had only been asked to be a judge because she was "young and good-looking".

Shut up, Kelly.....just shut up. Nobody wants to listen to somebody who wouldn't be heard of if it wasn't for their father.
