Kendra Wilkinson is surprised by how much "poop" her baby can produce.

The former Playboy Playmate - who gave birth to her first child Hank Baskett IV last month - has mastered the art of nappy changing but doesn't always like what she finds inside.

Kendra - who is married to American footballer Hank Baskett - tweeted: "lil' man just had an atomic poo. Lol. how can something so small let out so much poop. (sic)"

Kendra, 24, is loving motherhood and admits she doesn't like being apart from baby Hank for too long.

Speaking about a recent visit to a spa, she told America's OK! magazine: "At first I was fine, but after an hour I started to miss him. I started to wonder what he was doing.

"I got into the car and listened to music like I used to when he was in my stomach. I looked down and he wasn't there and I started crying. I got home, ran into the house and almost forgot to take the keys out of the car because I was in such a rush to go see the baby!"
