Kevin Costner hospitalised

Kevin Costner was hospitalised this week.

The 53-year-old actor was rushed to Los Angeles' Cedars-Sinai Medical Center after he began to feel unwell while driving to a meeting.

Kevin is really in a good place in his life and enjoys being a father and family man

His spokesman Arnold Robinson said: "Kevin was driving in the Hollywood area on Tuesday morning when he began to feel light-headed. He called 911 and they kept him overnight in the hospital."

The actor was given routine tests at the hospital on Tuesday (06.01.09), but when they revealed everything was normal he was allowed home.

Arnold added: "He's feeling fine and is back on his feet."

Last year, it was announced Kevin is to become a father for the sixth time.

The actor is expecting his second child with wife Christine Baumgartner, and is thrilled to be welcoming another child into the family.
