A source said: "Madonna looked slightly disgusted and left shortly afterwards."

Lily's agent denied the star was ejected from the ceremony, saying the rumours were "totally untrue".

He added: "We left together in the car provided by GQ magazine."

Earlier in the evening, Lily revealed that she is on the prowl for a new man after splitting from her boyfriend of two-and-a-half-years, record company executive Seb Chew.

She said: "Seb and I aren’t together any more. I split from him as month ago so I’m single now."
