Lily Allen is reportedly dating Chemical Brothers star Ed Simons.The 'Smile' singer - who recently split from record executive Seb Chew - has been spotted out with the 37-year-old dance music legend several times in recent weeks.Lily - who at 22 is 15 years Ed's junior - was also seen watching him perform at a concert in London's Trafalgar Square from the VIP area earlier this month. A source told Britain's The Sun newspaper: "They are seeing more and more of each other and having a lot of fun. They have a lot in common."He could be just what Lily needs after splitting from Seb."Lily is a long-standing fan of the dance duo, which also includes 36-year-old Tom Rowlands.She once admitted she took her first ecstasy tablet while watching the 'Block Rockin' Beats' DJs play at the Glastonbury Festival in 1997, when she was just 12.
