Lohan and Ronson first met three years ago in a Los Angeles nightclub. Her representatives have denied the pair are involved in a relationship.
The young Hollywood star recently pulled out of starring in new movie 'The Best Time of Our Lives', which follows the life of Welsh poet Dylan Thomas. Lohan's role would have involved a steamy threesome with British beauty Keira Knightley.
