Lohan's Best Friend Ronson Sues Over News-for-cash Claims.Lindsay Lohan's best friend is suing online gossip Perez Hilton over claims she has been linked to revealing gossip about the actress.DJ Samantha Ronson has also named the Sunset Photo agency in her $20 million (£10 million) suit.According to the New York Daily News, Ronson has become increasingly upset after she was named as the person tipping off the media about Lohan gossip - for cash.Ronson is also taking issue with Internet reports suggesting she was responsible for the cocaine found in Lohan's car after the actress was arrested for drink driving back in May (07).Meanwhile LOHAN herself returned to the site of her scrapped 21st birthday party on Saturday (14Jul07) in a bid to prove she can party without the booze.The Mean Girls star took a break from rehab to enjoy a night out at Pure nightclub in Las Vegas.The actress had planned to stage her recent birthday celebrations at the starry venue but opted instead to host a small party for family and friends at Courteney Cox's Malibu, California beach house.She made amends with Pure bosses on Saturday when she made an unannounced appearance and danced the night away, sipping only energy drink Red Bull.
Members of the Pussycat Dolls and illusionist Criss Angel joined Lohan in the club's VIP DJ booth, where they partied from 1am to 4am.
Lohan recently extended her stay at rehab facility Promises in Malibu, California, where she is seeking counselling after a series of drug and alcohol-related misdemeanours.
The actress checked into rehab after she was charged with driving under the influence following a May (07) car crash in Beverly Hills.
