Lindsay Lohan is desperate to play comic book superhero Wonder Woman in an upcoming movie adaptation.The 19-year-old 'Mean Girls' actress is desperate to step into the superhero's red boots because she wants become an action star.She is quoted on website thesun.co.uk as saying: "Wonder Woman would be cool. "I'm trying to find roles right now that are different to anything I've done to show my abilities, to show that I have some sort of stretch in me."Most of the things that I've done so far are aimed at younger girls and are light-hearted."Lindsay is also branching out into modelling.The teen beauty is set to replace Leonardo DiCaprio's ex, Gisele Bundchen, as the face of Louis Vuitton.

An insider said: "She just got asked to be in the ads and she's going to say yes. She's really excited."
