Madonna is reportedly set to give Guy Ritchie a £32 divorce pay-off.

The 50-year-old singer - who raises three children with Guy - will be depositing a £12 million cash payment in the film director's bank account "imminently" after he agreed to let her keep their former marital home in London.

Madonna, who is said to be worth a staggering £300 million, has also allegedly agreed to give the 'RocknRolla' star the keys to her £20 million Ashcombe House estate in England's Wiltshire district.

He agreed with Madonna's demands to keep the peace

A source said: "Guy is getting one lump sum imminently. Guy wanted to stay in their London home but Madonna refused to split it in two and eventually gave him £12 million in compensation. She decided early on that he should get Ashcombe.

"Guy ducked out of fighting over her fortune, even though he could be entitled to a big chunk. He never wanted any cash handouts. He agreed with Madonna's demands to keep the peace."

Madonna is also reportedly furious over claims the 40-year-old director is leaving their seven-year marriage with nothing.

A friend of the 'Miles Away' singer explained to Britain's News of the World newspaper: "Madonna is annoyed at reports that Guy is walking away with no money - she has sorted his finances for life."

Madonna and Guy's lawyers are said to have finalised details of the financial agreement after they were given a decree nisi at the clinical Principal Registry of the Family Division in High Holborn, London, last month.The pair - who share custody of seven-year-old son Rocco and three-year-old adopted son David, while Madonna maintains full custody of 12-year-old Lourdes, her daughter from a previous relationship - will have until the New Year before their decree absolute is awarded, officially ending their marriage.
