Former 'Friends' star Matt LeBlanc is getting divorced - after just three years of marriage.The star - who played dim-witted ladies man Joey Tribiani - and wife, Melissa McKinght, blame "irreconcilable differences" for the split.The actor's spokesman, Joe Libonati, said in a statement: "Melissa and Matt have decided to end their marriage of three years. "The dissolution is amicable. They remain devoted parents and friends. For the sake of their family, they ask that their privacy be respected at this time."LeBlanc, 38, and former model, Melissa, have one child together - Marina, who is two - who they've applied for joint custody of. McKnight also has two other children from a previous marriage.The actor met the 41-year-old in 1997 through mutual friends, 'La Bamba' actor Lou Diamond Phillips and his wife Kelly.LeBlanc and McKinght tied the knot in May 2003 after a five year engagement. The ceremony was attended by 75 guests including 'Friends' stars Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox and Lisa Kudrow.

At the time, a friend of the couple said: "They're really sweet together.

"He loves her and she loves him. It's very real."

Since 'Friends' ended, LeBlanc has been starring in spin-off show, 'Joey' - but the series has been struggling in the ratings and has been pulled from the schedules of US TV network, NBC.
