Michael Jackson's brother Randy has won a major victory in his bitter child support battle with his ex-wife Alejandra.

Randy Jackson's former partner demanded over $500,000 in unpaid child support, but a Los Angeles judge has ruled the singer had never been served with a summons, and therefore Alejandra's request was denied.
But Jackson tells X17online.com he's not celebrating the court ruling, explaining, "There are no winners or losers. Anytime children are involved, it's a difficult situation, however, the truth has come out. I want to thank my friends and loved ones for being supportive and hanging in there with me through the ordeal".
