MICHAEL JACKSON SLAMS 'ILLEGAL DRUGS' REPORT Troubled superstar MICHAEL JACKSON has slammed a newspaper report claiming he has been obtaining prescription drugs illegally. British newspaper The Sun also reported yesterday (30NOV05) traces of cocaine were found on Jackson's underwear during a police raid and his former aides allege the THRILLER singer is taking up to 40 pills a day. The Sun alleged Santa Barbara District Attorney TOM SNEDDON - one of the prosecutors in Jackson's child molestation trial earlier this year (05) - is investigating allegations Jackson is transporting anti-depressants and painkillers from the US to his new home in Bahrain. The publication quoted court papers of a police transcript with former Neverland security guard CHRIS CARTER, who alleged he would pick up prescriptions for Jackson under various fictitious names. In response to the claims, Jackson's lawyer BRENT AYSCOUGH says, "Mr Jackson uses an amount of prescription drugs, but does not take anything illegal or obtain anything in an illegal manner."
