In May, Rodriquez served just four hours and 20 minutes of a two-month jail sentence for a separate charge of violating her probation after being arrested for DUI in Hawaii in 2004.
She was released from California's Century Regional Detention Facility because of overcrowding and subsequently had her probation extended until June 2009.
