Mumford and Sons thrilled fans by playing a secret show at a campsite a day after their official slot at Glastonbury.

The band performed on the event's Other Stage on Friday ahead of headliners Primal Scream, and they scaled down their set the next day to stage an impromptu gig in a tiny tent at the Strummerville campsite, named after The Clash's Joe Strummer.

They performed their hits as well as a cover of Neil Young's Dance Dance Dance, with singer Marcus Mumford telling the intimate crowd: "It's a good secret spot of goodness at Glastonbury," according to NME.com.

This year's Glastonbury has also seen surprise performances from acts including Radiohead and Pulp.
