Neil Young has attacked US President George Bush in a new song. The Canadian singer has lambasted the world leader in track 'Let's Impeach the President'.The lyrics in the song read: "Lets impeach the president for lying and leading our country into war, abusing all our power that we gave him and shipping all our money out the door." The composition also tackles the breach of civil liberties, the president's reaction to Hurricane Katrina, and accuses Bush of tapping into people's computers and telephones.Young said: "I feel like I'm exercising my right of free speech, which is what our boys are fighting for the Iraqi people to have."However, the 60-year-old music legend has been accused of cynically cashing in on the widespread condemnation of the American President. It is not the first time he has criticised the government in his songs.

The smash hit 'Keep on Rocking in the Free World' was seen as a disparaging reference to Ronald Reagan.
