Nick Cannon has debuted his web documentary series 'NCredible Health Hustle'.

The 'America's Got Talent' host was hospitalised with kidney failure in January and has since been diagnosed with rare disease lupus nephritis, and has posted the first episode in the show highlighting the struggle online.

A note accompanying the video said: "Kidney disease and Lupus are serious ailments but, as you'll see through these videos in the coming weeks, it is possible to put the reins on it a bit and gain control of your health and wellness."

The video opens with a shot of Nick's wife, Mariah Carey, holding one of their 11-month-old twins - Moroccan and Monroe - and Nick tells in a voiceover how he went from spending time with his family, "in the snow, playing, having a good time," to being diagnosed with his illnesses and talking to doctors connected to an Intravenous drip.

Nick has since changed his diet and stepped down from hosting his daily New York radio show and has been working with health experts.

He added in his note: "Hoping this series serves as inspiration for anyone dealing with kidney disease, lupus or ANY ILLNESS to keep pushing as well (sic)."
