Nicole - who sparked health fears after dropping down to a tiny size 00 - showed off a new fuller figure at the recent American Music Awards.Paris and Nicole - who starred in reality TV series 'Simple Life' together - have been repeatedly seen in fast food restaurants munching on calorific treats.The source added: "She's turned a corner now. Nicole is determined not to go back to being skinny and knows the only way to do it is to start eating properly."
