Simpson's lawyer Yale Galanter launched an official objection to stop the man being selected, adding: "He lied on a sworn affidavit. He's not a qualified prospective juror."Simpson and co-defendant Clarence Stewart have pleaded not guilty to kidnapping, armed robbery and assault with a deadly weapon charges, which could put them behind bars for life if convicted.
The trial is expected to start on Monday (15Sep08).
