Owen Wilson likes going hiking on a first date.

The 'You, Me and Dupree' actor - who has been previously romantically linked to Kate Hudson, Sheryl Crow and Demi Moore - insists there is nothing sexier than walking in the great outdoors while getting to know his date.

He is quoted as saying: "I was always intrigued when people said they went hiking so I tried it out and I really enjoyed it. It's a great thing to take a girl to do. I love to get out there and see nature. It's great to get out there, talk and learn about each other."

Owen has developed such an interest in walking, it was recently claimed the 40-year-old actor is planning to move to Hawaii.

The 'Wedding Crashers' star fell in love with the idyllic island of Maui while visiting his friend, actor Woody Harrelson.

Woody lives in an environmentally friendly home which is completely solar-powered.

Owen was said to be considering splashing out on a property nearby.
