Sir Paul McCartney and Heather Mills have failed to reach an agreement in their divorce battle. The Beatles legend and former glamour model's hearing reached its fifth day in London's High Court yesterday (15.02.08), but the pair seemingly haven't finalised the settlement because Court 34 has been booked again for Monday (18.02.08).Judge Mr. Justice Bennett has been overseeing the proceedings, in which Heather is representing herself after splitting from her legal team last year.Judge Bennett will continue to hear Heather's demands - which reportedly include a £60 million cash pay out, at least two homes, two nannies, medical cover, a personal trainer, household staff and a secretary - until he makes a judgement on how much of Paul's rumoured £825million fortune she will receive. The judgement will be binding, but can be contested in the Court of Appeal. If the case does go to the Court of Appeal, the gagging order restricting details of the proceedings being revealed will be lifted.Paul was seen leaving court smiling and joking with his lawyers last week, while Heather, 40, looked stressed and was seen sitting alone in her car.The case was originally scheduled to end on Friday (15.02.08)Heather - who has a four-year-old daughter Beatrice with Paul - claims marrying the 65-year-old musician ruined her life and she has become the victim of a vicious campaign by Beatles fans.
The pair split in 2006 after four years of marriage.

She may have money but she will never have dignity or respect. And later when Bea grows up I
doubt she will be so
happy to see what mommy did to get that money or what she did to Paul.
